Sounds like a problem of compatibility with the Secure Access software and the OS X El Capitan of SanDisk. I only am not an expert so please, keep it pretty simple. I'd appreciate any thoughts on how this can be resolved. The Flash Player has worked fine before the upgrade to El Capitan and I can still use the files outside of the secure vault but, basically, I cannot now access the secure vault.
